We believe that each Planning Center install has a set of four phases that you walk through, whether all at once or over time.
1.
Investigation
You may not know if PCO is what is best for your organization. Here is where basic questions will be answered, demos of products, and understanding the benefit that could be gained.

Implementing a new software while never seeing it in action is hard. Because of this we will walk you through the PCO ecosystem, the many benefits of it and answering any questions along the way!
Recognizing that you can improve is the first step. But many organizations are not equipped to understand the best practices and strategy around rolling out Planning Center. Here we will dive in deep alongside you to uncover the value of PCO, some pitfalls you should avoid, and setting you up for success in the transition!
2.
Implementation
During this phase, you focus on training your key leaders, migrating your data into PCO, and setting up your workflows.
How we can help here.
Data migration is one of the hardest parts of implementing Planning Center. There are limited tools and guides available, and no one wants to manually move everything. Here we ensure that the data comes over cleaned up and ready to go. We support data transfers from almost any ChMS and any size!
Let us help you train your key leaders and members. We will develop a custom training deck that fits your needs and goals as an organization. We offer virtual training at the current time. These can range in length from one hour to a day.
One of the hardest parts of any new software is the initial implementation and setting all the small things up. Here we will do a full-service implementation, which means you are 100% hands-off until we deliver the completed product to you.
We will start with a few small meetings to understand your goals, systems, and timeline.
Once we have finished the implementation we will deliver virtual half-day training to anyone you’d like to invite, along with 90 days of support.
Maybe you’re in the middle of your implementation but you are struggling to develop some internal workflows for new givers, guest follow up, or even batching gifts into your financial platform. Here we will deliver written documentation and guides to solve any problem. If these require reports, automation, or more within PCO we will deliver these as well.
3.
Scaling
During this phase you will have a firm understanding of how each module interacts and benefits your organization. Scaling to additional modules, or integrated services becomes the next focus.

Most churches tend to start small on PCO modules and slowly scale up. This is where you want to finally migrate into PCO Giving, or any other module. We will assist in configuring it, best practices, and ensuring you are trained up and ready to go!

4.
Automation
Once you have brought your workflows into PCO, and set up your tools the next phase will be uncovering automation potential. This is where the true impact of a tool like PCO can be found. Whether you choose to automate guest follow up, serving, on-boarding or more there is near unlimited potential.
